Of Hazel Way, Snedshill, Telford. Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on September 15, 2013, aged 56 years. Devoted Son of Tom and the late Beryl, adored Brother of Sandra and the late Sheila and a much loved Uncle.Funeral Service to be held at The United Church, Oakengates on Thursday, September 26, at 2.30pm, followed by Interment at St Peter's Churchyard, Priorslee.

Family flowers only, donations, if desired please, to be divided between Ward 7 at The PrincessRoyal Hospital and Asthma UK, for which purpose a collection box will be provided in Church.
