Passed away suddenly at The University Hospital of North Staffordshire on Thursday, September 12, 2013, aged 69 years.

Beloved Husband of the late Diane, much loved Dad of Karen, Kevin, Steven and Cherry and a very special Grandad of Liam.

He will be sadly missed by all of his Family, Friends, Neighbours and all those whose lives he touched.

Funeral Service to take place at Telford Crematorium on Tuesday, September 24, at 1pm.

Family flowers only by request but donations, if so desired, will be divided between the Severn Hospice, Midland Air Ambulance and The University Hospital of North Staffordshire Accident and Emergency Resuscitation Unit, would be very much appreciated for which purpose a donation box will be provided at the Crematorium.
