Of Bayston Hill, passed away peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on June 24, 2013, aged 98 years.

Beloved Husband of the late Gladys.

Jack will be sadly missed by all his loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Bayston Hill Methodist Church, on Monday, June 8, at 11.30am, followed by Interment at Shrewsbury Cemetery, Longden Road.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to the Severn Hospice, for which purpose a donation box will be provided in the Church.
