Stephen Phillip

Of Ardern Avenue, Dawley, peacefully at Glenfield Hospital, after a short illness, on February 20, 2013, aged 53 years. Loving and loved Husband of Janice and a devoted Father and Grandfather.

Funeral Service, 4pm, Friday, March 8, at Telford Crematorium.

No flowers by request but if desired donations for E.C.M.O Unit at Glenfield Hospital, Leicester would be appreciated.
