Passed away suddenly on February 27, 2013, aged 61 years.

Beloved Son of Gen and Don.

Committal Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Wednesday, March 14, at 12noon, followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at Holy Trinity Church, Much Wenlock, at 1.30pm.

Family flowers only please or donations if desired for The British Heart Foundation, for which purpose collection boxes will be provided at the Crematorium andat the Church.
