Died suddenly on October 4, 2019.

Son of George and Valerie. Brother of the late Jane Perks. Partner of Jayne. Dad to Claire. Grandad to Chelsea and Alfie.

Always loved and will never be forgotten.

Funeral Service 10.30am. Wednesday, October 23 at Telford Crematorium.

Black dress optional.
