(Jan) Passed away at the Severn Hospice on October 9, 2018.

Loving Wife of the late David Davies and loving Mother to Adrian.

She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Thursday, October 25, 2018, at 10am.

Family flowers only please but donations if wished to go to the Severn Hospice.
