Passed away unexpectedly, but bravely and peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on Thursday, September 6, 2012.

Much loved and loving Wife of Michael (Mike) adored Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Sister and Aunt and for many years at M & S Shrewsbury, a good Friend to many, leader of 'Amongst Friends' and a very willing Charity Volunteer.

Following a private Family Committal there will be a Ceremony of Thanksgiving and a Celebration of Val's life and all that she stood for, which will take place in the United Reformed Church, English Bridge, Shrewsbury on, Tuesday, September 18, at 2.30pm.

No flowers please, although your very kind donations will support the work of M.I.N.D, a local charity dear to Val's heart.
