Keith, Gareth, Richard, David, Sarah-Jane and Family of the late Shirley Jones wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours and all at Warstones School for all cards, letters and messages of sympathy and support received at this very sad time, and for the attendance of so many of you at the Funeral Service.

A special thank you to Ward 12, The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital, Birmingham for their wonderful care of Shirley. Also The Severn Hospicein Shrewsbury. Donations totaling œ1,100 will be divided between the two. Special thanks to Bridgnorth District Nurses and S&T Carers for their wonderful Care of Shirley throughout her illness.
