Passed away, July 11, 2012, at Himley Mill Nursing Home, following a long illness.

Funeral Service to take place at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel on Tuesday, July 24, at 2pm.

Sadly missed by Janice, Ian, Dawn, Steven and Hayley.
