Passed away in Nightingale House Hospice, on July 16, 2011, aged 52 years.
Beloved Husband of Angela, dearly loved Father of Peter, Helen and Mark, loving Son of Geoffrey and Rachel Griffiths.
He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service at St Chad's Church, Hanmer, on Friday, July 22, at 11am, followed by Interment in the Churchyard.
Family flowers only please but donations if desired to St Chad's Church, Hanmer and NightingaleHouse Hospice.
