Formerly of Donnington, Telford. Passed away at Lightmoor View Nursing Home, on April 9, 2012, aged 81 years, after a long illness. Beloved Wife of the late Derek and dearly loved Mum of Andrew.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Thursday, April 19, 2012, at 2pm.

Family flowers only, donations, if desired please, to be divided between Lightmoor View Nursing Home and The Alzheimer's Society, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
