Passed away at the Severn Hospice, Telford on November 27, 2015, in the presence of her loving Family.
A much loved Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Sister.
Funeral Service, 10am, Wednesday, December 9, at Telford Crematorium.
Please wear a splash of purple.
