Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford on September 28, 2015, aged 80 years.

Loving Husband of Sue, Father of Ian, Jeremy and Christopher, Father-in-law to Rachel and Leanne, Bamp to Grandchildren Tayla, Caleb, Reef, Hannah and Chloe.

Private Cremation.

A Service of Thanksgiving for his life will be held at The Church of St Mary the Virgin, Alveley, on Thursday, October 8, at 12.30pm.

Donations given in David's memory will be divided between The R.N.L.I and The Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, for which purpose a collection plate will be provided at the Church.
