Of Wrekin Drive, Donnington. Passed away suddenly on September 24, 2015, aged 63 years.

Dearly beloved Partner of Angela, much loved Dad of Stephenie and Steven. A dear Grandad of Bianca and Keelan and Great-Grandad of Ariana-Jane.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Friday, October 9, 2015, at 10am.

Family flowers only, donations if desired please for Cartlidge House Residents Comforts Funds, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
