Of The Glebelands, Donnington, Telford. Passed away on July 1, 2014, aged 62 years, after a long illness bravely borne. Beloved Husband of Stephanie, dearly loved Father of Cheryl and Steve, Ian and Jaine, David and Sarahand a much loved Grandad and Brother.
Funeral Service and Interment to be held at St. Matthew's Church, Donnington Wood on Tuesday, July 8, 2014, at 1.45pm.
Family flowers only.
Donations if desired please for Cancer Research UK, for which purposea collection box will be provided in Church.
