On June 29, 2011, peacefully at the Severn Hospice at Telford, following a short illness, Bill Pratt of Oakfield Park, Much Wenlock, aged 87 years.

Postman in Much Wenlock for nearly 36 years. Retired Shropshire County Parade Marshall, The Royal British Legion and former Standard Bearer, Much Wenlock Branch, The Royal British Legion.

The beloved Husband of Joyce, the loving Father of Martin and Father-in-law of Sarah. Much loved, Bill will be sadly missed by all hisFamily and Friends.

Funeral Service at The Parish Church of The Holy Trinity, Much Wenlock, on Thursday, July 14, at 12.30pm, to be followed by Cremation at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury.

At Bill's personal request no mourning dress to be worn please.

No flowers but donations which are to be divided between The Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal and the Severn Hospice (Telford) are being gratefully received, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Church.
