Of Dawley, Telford and formerly of Rhodes Avenue, passed away peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on June 27, 2014, aged 64 years.
A loving Husband, Father, Grandfather and Brother.
Funeral Service, 10am, Friday, July 11, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for Macmillan Nurses Fund would be appreciated.
