Of Holyhead Road, Wellington.
Passed away at the Severn Hospice, Telford, on May 4, 2014, in the presence of his Family.
A lovely man and gentleman, a devoted Husband to Iris, loving Dad to Emma and philip and a proud Grandad to Annabelle, James and Lottie, leaving a Family heartbroken without you.
Funeral Service, 2.30pm, Monday, May 19, at All Saints' Parish Church, Wellington, followed by Interment in Wellington Cemetery.
Flowers welcome or donations if desired willbe divided between the Severn Hospice, Telford and Prostate Cancer UK.
