Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Telford on May 10, 2014, aged 70 years.

Beloved Husband of Janet, much loved Father of Michael, dearly loved by Stepdaughters Jane, Diane and Jo, Son-in-laws Michael, Andy and Dave and much loved by all of his Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Monday, May 19, 2014, at 3pm.

Family flowers only, donations if desired please for theSevern Hospice, Telford for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
