Passed away peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on May 14, 2011, aged 68 years.

Loving Husband of Hilda, Dad of Andrea and Sarah, Father-in-law of Dave and Simon and Grandfather of Caitlin, Nathan andAaron.

Dave will be sadly missed by all of his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Friday, May 27, at 3.20pm.
