Passed away on May 8, 2010, aged 39 years.
Of Copthorne, Shrewsbury, formerly of Penrhos.
He will be so sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.
A Service of Thanksgiving and Celebration of his life will be held at Penrhos Parish Church on Monday, May 24, at 1pm, followed by private Committal at Emstrey Crematorium.
Family flowers only, donations if so desired to The Air Ambulance or as desired.
