Of Ellesmere, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, January 28, 2014, aged 49 years.

Much loved Son of Doris, Brother to Paul and Ian, Brother-in-law to Meg, Uncle to Amy.

Cookie will be sadly missed by Pete, Merv and all his many Friends.

Funeral Service at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham, on Tuesday, February 11, at 2pm.

Family flowers only please but donations if desired to Macmillan Cancer Support.
