Passed away suddenly at home on January 7, 2013, aged 41 years.
Devoted Partner of Katie. Loving Dad of Brandon and Alister. Beloved Son of Linda and the late George and a dear Brotherof Lynne, Steven and Thomas.
Funeral Service and Interment to be held at St. Michael's Church, Madeley, on Friday, February 15, at 12.30pm.
Floral tributes if desired or donations please for Hope House Children's Hospice, for which purpose a collectionbox will be provided in Church.
