Passed away peacefully in hospital on July 17, 2013, aged 52 years. Dear Wife of Stefan and dear Mother of Timothy, Darren and Kevin.

Funeral Service at St Alkmund's Parish Church, Whitchurch on Monday, August 5, 2013, at 2pm, followed by Interment at Whitchurch Cemetery.

Family flowers only please but donations, if desired, to The Renal Unit at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
