Passed away peacefully on July 25, 2012, in Hampton Grange Nursing Home, Hereford, aged 54 years. Adored Mum of Lydia, Natalie, Josh and the late Adam, cherished Nanny of Clay and Hope, beloved Daughter of Aubrey and Phyllis and a very special Sister and Auntie. Loved and dearly missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at St Bartholomew's Church, Hereford on Wednesday, August 8, at 12 noon, followed by Cremation at Hereford Crematorium.
