Of Bridgnorth, passed away peacefully after a short illness at The Princess Royal Hospital, on Saturday, November 10, 2012, aged 65 years.

Much loved Nephew of Jean and Cousin to Karen, Claire, Hilary, Christopher and Annette.

Funeral Service on Wednesday, November 21, at Emstrey Crematorium, at 11am.

Family flowers only by request but donations if so desired to the Intensive Therapy Unit at The Princess Royal Hospital would be appreciated.
