Aged 56 years, of Hordley Road, Wellington, Telford, passed away peacefully in the Severn Hospice , Telford on November 8, 2012,
Devoted Husband of Sharon and loving Father of Christopher and Sarah, sadly missed by Mom and all his loving Family.
Funeral Service, 11am, Wednesday, November 21, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only but donations if so desired to the Severn Hospice, Telford would be appreciated.
