Peacefully in hospital after a long illness bravely bourne on May 8, 2016, aged 51 years [S]formerly of Calverhall.

Dear Son of the late Herbert and late Joyce and much loved Brother of Tim, Jonathan and Karen and a much loved Uncle and Great-Uncle.

No black by request.

Funeral Service, 12 noon, on Friday May 27, 2016, at Holy Trinity Church, Calverhall followed by Interment in the Churchyard.

Family flowers only but [S]donations if so desired to be divided between Holy Trinity Church, Calverhall and the Alzheimer's Society for which purpose a collection plate will be provided in Church.
