Passed away suddenly on February 22, 2015.

Loving Husband to Ann, much loved Brother to Johnny and Sue.

David will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service at Shrewsbury Crematorium, on Wednesday, March 18, 2015, at 2.30pm.

Black dress optional.
