Of Dawley, Telford, passed away suddenly on February 21, 2014, aged 49 years.

Beloved Son of Rose and the late Bill, loving Dad of Lucy and Brother of Carole, Val, Terence and Tracey, who will be forever remembered by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, 1.45pm, Friday, March 7, at St Leonard's Church, Malinslee, followed by Interment in Wellington Cemetery.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations, which will be divided between The British HeartFoundation and The High Dependency Unit at The Princess Royal Hospital would be appreciated.
