The Funeral took place on Tuesday, September 9, 2014, at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury.

Jan and Family wish to thank all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for their sympathy and support during this sad time and also for generous donations to the Motor Neurone Disease Association totalling œ1,035.

Cynthia thanks Mr Phil Niblock for a truly warm and personal Service, Severnside for the splendid jazz, the Brooklands, Meole Brace, for their warm welcome andexcellent food and Pughs for their care and professionalism.
