The Funeral took place on Tuesday, September 9, 2014, at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury.

Jan and Family wish to thank all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for their sympathy and support during this sad time and also for generous donations to the Motor Neurone Disease Association totalling œ1,035.

Sincere thanks to Mr Phil Niblock for a truly warm and personal Service, to Severnside for the splendid jazz, the Brooklands Hotel, Meole Brace, for their warm welcome and excellent food and to Pughs Funeral Directors for their care and professionalism.
