The Family would like to thanks all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for their kindness, support, cards and messages of sympathy received on the sad loss of their Mum. Much appreciation also to all who a have been involved in Phyllis's care.

Thanks to everyone for attendance at the Funeral and donations to St Mary's Church, Harley, St John the Baptist Church, Kenley and The British Heart Foundation.

Special thanks to The Reverend Judy Davies, for the lovely Service and to Andrew and Karen of Northwood & Sons, for their kindness and professionalism.
