Of Corfield Crescent, Oakengates, Telford. Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Telford, in the presence of her Family and Friends on October 21, 2013, aged 39 years. Beloved Mother of Sibayan, Jake Anthony and Elina Nicole Calvert -Jones.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Thursday, October 31, 2013, at 1pm.

Family flowers only, donations, if desired please, for the Severn Hospice, Telford, for which purpose a collection box will be providedat the Crematorium.
