Of Bank Road, Dawley, passed away suddenly on October 20, 2013, aged 62 years.

Much loved Son of Joan and the late Ken, loving Brother of Michael, Andrew and Sandra and a devoted Uncle to Jason, Thomas and Raymond.

He will be sadly missed.

Funeral Service, 2pm, Tuesday, October 29, at St Leonard's Church, Malinslee, followed by Cremation at Shrewsbury Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request, but if desired donations for the Midlands Air Ambulance would be appreciated.
