Passed away at The Princess Royal Hospital on March 30, 2013, aged 54 years.

Beloved Father of Danielle and Lewis, Grandad of Cameron and Amelia. Dearly loved Son of Ann and the late Noel.Brother of John and Rob.

He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, 12 noon, Friday, April 26, at Telford Crematorium.
