Nellie, Paul, Sue, Gemma and Thomas would sincerely like to thank Family, Friends and Neighbours for their kindness, support and lovely messages of sympathy received during our sad time.

We would like to thank all the Staff in the ITU Department for their excellent Nursing and Care given to Elvin and the kindness shown to us at this difficult time, we would also like to thank everyone who attended the Funeral, for the kind donations amounting to œ410, which are to be divided between A&E and ITU at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital. We would also like to thank Father David Mawson for the lovely Funeral Service and to Pete Jones of Frank Painter & Sons Funeral Directors for his kindness and his professionalism.
