Pat Dilys Lewis and Family wish to thank all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for their many kind messages of condolence, flowers, cards and support shown throughout Pat's illness.

Also many thanks to all who attended the Service and celebration of Pat's life at All Saint's Church, Worthen.
