Funeral Service, 1pm, on Monday, January 21, 2013, at Shrewsbury Crematorium.

Family flowers only but donations if so desired to be divided between Ward 21 and The Lingen Davies Unit at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
