Barbara Lucy, Janet and Dan and the Family of the late Mrs Barbara Jones wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends Neighbours and former Colleagues for the cards, letters, emails, Facebook posts, texts and other kind messages of sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad time and for your donations, which are being received for and will be divided between, The Alzheimer's Society and Dementia U.K. Your wonderful support has been greatly appreciated by us all.

Special thanks to everyone who gave up their time to so kindly pay their respects to Mum and the Family as the cortege left Woodberry Close, Bridgnorth, and which then travelled along Bridgnorth High Street, en-route to Telford Crematorium. It meant so much to us all and made the sad occasion very special.

We also extend special thanks to Mum's Doctors and to the Staff at Claverley Medical Practice for all your efforts on her behalf; to all the Staff at Hilton Brook House at Worfield, for your care of and kindness to Mum during her stay with you; to the Doctors and Nurses at The Princess Royal Hospital N.H.S. Trust at Telford for the dignity afforded to her in the closing hours of her life; to Blooms Florists of Bridgnorth for the beautiful floral coffin tribute; and to The Rev'd. Garry Ward for leading us in a most personal Funeral Service.
