Passed away peacefully on November 14, 2012.
Beloved Husband of Rachel, devoted Father of Sandra and Stephen and a special Grandad and Great-Grandad.
Funeral Service at St Mary's Parish Church, Selattyn, on Thursday, November 29, at 2pm, followed by Interment at Trefonen Cemetery.
No flowers by request.
Donations if desired to St Mary's Parish Church, Selattyn and Midlands Air Ambulance.
