Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice on March 16, 2019, aged 72 years.

Dearly loved Wife to Dick, Mum to Ella and the late Robert and Nanny to Jack.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Monday, April 1, 2019, at 3.30pm.

Flowers if desired or donations to the Severn Hospice for which purpose remembrance envelopes will be provided at the Crematorium.
