Joyce Of Shifnal, passed away suddenly at the Princess Royal Hospital on March 11, 2019, aged 92 years. Wife of the late Peter Bell MBE, loving Mum of Christopher and Mother-in-law to Pamela. Joyce will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium, on Wednesday, April 3, 2019, at 12.30pm.
