Formerly of Albrighton. Passed away on October 24, 2012, aged 39 years. Mother of Daniel and Ellice and beloved Daughter of Graham and the late Dawn.
Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium on Tuesday, November 6, at 1pm,followed by Committal.
Family flowers only please but donations to St Mary Magdalene Church, Albrighton would be appreciated.
