Passed away at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on September 30, 2018, aged 71 years.

Loving Wife of Mervyn, loving Mother of Mark, Jason and Karen and a beloved Grandmother and Great-Grandmother.

Annette will be sadly missed by all of her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Friday, October 19 at 2pm.
