Peacefully passed away at the Severn Hospice on May 9, 2018, aged 49 years.

Devoted and much loved Husband of Katherine, Dad of Hollie, Son of Anne and Mike and Brother of Sally and Alice.

Dave will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

A private Committal will be followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at Holy Trinity Church, Meole Brace, on Thursday, May 24, at 11.30am.

Please wear bright ties and cheery clothing.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired will be divided between the Severn Hospice, Holy Trinity Church Meole Brace and Cancer Research UK.
