Passed away on August 22, 2012, at the Severn Hospice, aged 66 years.

Loving Dad of Will and Partner of Jan.

Rich will be greatly missed by all his loving Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Wednesday, September 5, 2012, at 1pm.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to the Severn Hospice for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
