Passed away suddenly at Stoke Hospital, on June 19, 2017, aged 65 years.

Beloved Husband of Christine, loving Father to Jake and Evie, much loved Brother-in-law, Uncle, Great-Uncle and Friend to many.

The Funeral will take place at St. Mary's Church, Kinnerley, on Tuesday, July 4, at 12 noon.

All donations received will go to The British Heart Foundation.
