Passed away peacefully at the Princess Royal Hospital, on June 19, 2017, aged 65 years.

Devoted Husband to Linda, Dad to Anthony and Sarah, Step Dad to Jeff and Martin, Loving Grandad to Harvey,Dylan and Amelie and Father-in-law to Donna.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Tuesday, July 11, 2017, at 2pm.

Family flowers only.

Donations if desired to Ward 4 at Princess Royal Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
